Tom Walsh

Tom Walsh, MD of Bedroom Solutions and former MD of Abbey Owney Contract Furnishers, which he founded twenty-four years ago. The company has been  involved in the manufacture of contract furniture and the fit-out of bars, hotels and restaurants all over the world . Tom has been involved in the design and fit-out of Hotels for over 24 years.

Tom has an Honours Degree in Town and Regional Planning  and has various other property interests.

Project Manager. As an Entrepreneur and  Project Manager Derek has substantial experience in acquiring, negotiating and closing out Projects over the past ten years. Derek is a very ambitious person with a passion for work and achieving the highest possible results with all projects he has dealt with. Derek has a proven track record for completing all projects within budget, on time and to the highest of standards. He has been involved in large Commercial  development Projects, which include Majestic Hotel London, Greencourt Hotel London,Wilton shopping centre, Mahon Point shopping Centre and several housing developments including the fit out of over 60 projects valued over £40million.

David Balls – Executive Director

David has a BA Hons in Engineering and Design, and has designed and managed the fit out of thousands of bedroom furniture sets ranging from student accommodation, mental hospitals, hotels and care homes including the multi-billion pound Peterborough super hospital. David has also been involved in some iconic bespoke furniture fit outs including the 2011 Christmas windows in Harrods

Ger Maher

Ger Maher Senior Civil Engineer. Nominated for Building Manager of the year for the Vistakon project. Has managed the design and construction of commercial, hospitality and educational projects for the past twenty-eight years. A Civil Engineer with a track record of managing complex building projects, Ger has administered contracts valued up to €30 million for clients.

Donal Ryan

Donal Ryan Supply Chain and Logistics Manger. Donal has worked within the Supply Chain function across a range of multi-national organisations for over twenty years, including Motorola and Dell, before setting up his own business advice and consulting company in 2007. Donal holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and is a qualified Project Manager.
